What: This PR changes the look of the game by adding a new cotton candy theme.
Why: This matters because users of this game can play it with a new theme that is more aesthetically pleasing and looks nice.
Verified: I verified this by this by switching the theme and seeing the color changing. I expected the theme of the game to change. I observed the theme colors changing to the desired cotton candy theme intended.
Status: This PR is (ready for review / a draft). Next step is to polish it.
